he Sausage Factory is an independent USDA manufacturing plant, nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills for over forty years.  Since 1968, The Sausage Factory has hand crafted artisan meats from cherished Old World recipes.  Three generations of Tonino butchers continue their legacy of quality in the time-honored tradition, using only the finest cuts of meat available.

ur independent USDA plant only manufactures products that we are proud to feed our own families and friends.

e sell an array of gourmet sausages, superior deli meats, old fashioned frankfurters, hot dogs, 100% sirloin hamburgers and old-fashioned bacon.  Visit our retail outlet store at 259 Sage Street in Carson City.   Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.  We’re closed from noon to one.
